These terms apply when you purchase from Australian Glow. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when we email your order confirmation. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We occasionally need to correct pricing or stock errors — if that affects your order we'll contact you before anything ships and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment. Our returns policy (30 days, unopened products) is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and sits alongside — never instead of — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and match their description.

Use our products as directed on pack. Patch test 24 hours before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
