What is the best way to apply Dark on Fair-Cool skin?

Apply with a tight-seam tanning mitt in long upward strokes, starting at the ankles. Pre-moisturise dry zones — knees, elbows, ankles, wrists — and finish hands and feet with the leftover product on the mitt.

How long does Dark last on Fair-Cool skin?
