01 · When orders ship

BGE merch orders ship within 48 hours of order placement. Drop pieces ship within 48 hours of the drop closing — you will get a tracking link as soon as the warehouse releases your parcel.

02 · Shipping windows

Australia · 3–5 business days (free over $50, $9 standard). New Zealand · 5–7 business days, $15 flat. United States · 7–10 business days, $25 flat. United Kingdom + Europe · 7–14 business days, $30 flat.

03 · Returns — BGE merch

Return unworn merch within 30 days for a full refund. Drop pieces are non-refundable unless faulty — limited drops are limited.
