Refunds and Returns

We hope that you love your Australian Glow tan! However, if for any reason you need to return your item, you must return the product in its original, unused condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: hello@australianglow.com If the product is unused and in appropriate condition, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.

 If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@australianglow.com If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
