Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

We offer a 14-day return policy for most Australian Glow tan products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product in its original, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if the product you receive is not what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately at
customercare@australianglow.com. If the product is unused and in appropriate condition, we will offer to replace the product or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. We may request photos of the damaged or faulty product for quality control purposes.

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@australianglow.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges for cancelled orders.

To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@australianglow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your records. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original,
unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired product.
